Fusion Cuisine was founded in November 2021 by Sean Gobbi, an extremely passionate and dedicated chef with over 30 years of experience within the hospitality industry.
Sean’s career spans from hotels and restaurants, which includes a Rosette Award, to catering for the famous on various film and television sets. Sean’s real passion though lies in events, whether it’s for your wedding day, a milestone birthday or a regular family gathering, all occasions are considered just as important, and deserve the very best food.
We currently run the day-to-day catering operations at the historic Moor Allerton Golf Club. We also cater for all events and weddings at the club.
